The Practice Membership Plan
is a dental payment plan that is designed to be of maximum benefit
to both the dentist and the patient. It provides patients with the opportunity
to spread the cost of their core dental treatment, such as examinations and
hygiene visits, and it provides the dentist with predictable monthly cash flow
plus the ability to earn additional income from treatment provided. Please click

In addition to the above, Isoplan now provides a
web portal, created to give the dentist complete, secure and live access to their registered patients. Our dentists can view and search by many different criteria as well as view individual patients payment information.
Coupled with this, patients can be registered online by the practice which allows immediate inclusion to the Practice Membership Plan. This online registration can be used for both new plan membership and treatment plan forms.
All of this technology is protected by the latest 128-bit encryption. This ensures that a secure connection between the practice and Isoplan is always maintained.
What will all of this cost me
There are no charges to the practice for set-up costs, joining fees or subscriptions. We help you set up your own Practice Membership Plan and provide you with our expertise at no cost. We charge the patient a one-off £10 administration fee which covers set-up costs and discourages them from dipping in and out of the plan. The patient then pays a monthly fee which covers all administration and includes the dental accident and emergency insurance premiums and taxes. This is added on to the monthly Practice Membership Plan fee and does not affect the amount the dentist receives.
Implementing the Practice Membership Plan
We will be on hand for your launch or on the end of the phone for help and advice. Your Business Development Consultant will be with you in the practice for as long as you need them at the beginning of your conversion and to support you afterwards.
We will carry out a financial analysis to help you establish where you are and where you want to be. The analysis will help you to determine your required hourly rate, required number of patients, your Practice Membership Plan monthly fee and your private fee scale. One of the benefits of the Practice Membership Plan is that there are no complicated banding or chartings. One monthly fee will cover all patients regardless of whether they are dentally fit or not.
Designing your Practice Membership Plan
Your dedicated Business Development Consultant will work with you to help you create a personalised Practice Membership Plan that is right for your practice. The range of services that you may wish to offer as part of your Practice Membership Plan is entirely your choice. We have a ‘menu’ of options and we are happy to give you advice and recommendations to help you decide what level of service you will offer. You may like to consider tailoring your plan for children, corporate clients, denture wearers or any other group of patients. We can assist you in this.
Practice Membership Plan Brochures
Once the details of your plan are finalised, Isoplan will provide you with 500 high quality brochures free of charge and customised to your practice. We have samples of brochures available so you can see the quality and perhaps get ideas for your own Practice Membership Plan. The brochure is a powerful tool for promoting your own Practice Membership Plan to your patients.
Marketing & Implementing Strategy
Your dedicated Business Development Consultant will help you set out the strategy for introducing the plan to your patients. This will differ from practice to practice and what is right for one is not necessarily right for another. We will talk through the options with you and help you decide on a strategy that you are comfortable with.

Should a practice wish to convert patients from an existing payment plan, we can provide all of the administration necessary for this process to ensure a seamless conversion. We will discuss the strategy for a conversion with the practice and will implement the conversion in a way that the practice is comfortable with. We can also offer a capitation service if this is what is required.
