We have been with Isoplan for many years now and have always received excellent service,
both with our Isoplan Practice Membership Plan and with the Isoplan Practice Management
System software. The team at Isoplan are always very helpful and accommodating, and know
our individual circumstances. Our Practice Membership Plan runs smoothly because Isoplan
takes full responsibility for collection of payments, deals very professionally with all
communication with patients and banks, and looks after any insurance claims. The Isoplan
membership reports and daily updates are very useful to keep track of our members. Plus
the management software is fantastic!

We have been working with Isoplan for 3 years. From the initial planning stages, through
to the launch of our membership plan, Isoplan gave us ideas but were happy for our plan to
be what we wanted it to be. We launched our membership plans in Feb 2007 to our NHS and
private patients and had successful take up from both groups. We withdrew from the NHS
completely in 2008. Due to the global financial crisis and recession early 2009, we decided
to update our membership plans and offer our patients more for their money. With huge help
from the team at Isoplan we redesigned our membership plans to offer something for all ages.
We introduced a range of plans all with full colour bespoke leaflets. As a result we have
seen a continued month on month increase in member numbers through 2009.
We find the team at Isoplan are great to work with. They are supportive to our aims and
objectives and are very approachable. The comprehensive Accident & Emergency Dental Insurance
is excellent. As a result the company is big enough to have that back up you need, but they
have still retained that personal touch. Pick up the phone and they are there to help.
Response is prompt especially reimbursement for emergency or accident claims.

At the beginning of 2006 I made the decision, albeit not without trepidation, that I would
leave the NHS and become and independent dental practitioner. It was a tough decision to
make as, having worked for 25 years within the Health Service, and having made a reasonable
living from it, I felt it was time for a change essentially after having read details of the
new contract. A major concern was the fact that I was practising in a working class area.
I contacted one organisation who told me what fees I should be charging and how many patients
I should be caring for. What they said made me feel uncomfortable in that I would be
‘getting rid’ of 75% of my patients, and accordingly be charging very high fees to the
“lucky few”. I really felt very worried about my future until a friend suggested that I get
in touch with Isoplan, an organisation that I didn’t know much about. I phoned their local
Business Development Consultant who made it clear right from the beginning that Isoplan were
not prescriptive and that essentially I could look after how many patients I would wish to
retain and charge what I felt was right for them. We had a long meeting and it was explained
what was involved, making it clear that should I need any help they were only at the end of
the phone and could drop in if needed. I soon decided Isoplan was the type of company I could
work with and on 24th April we went ‘live’. The support I received has been exceptional.
Whenever I have a query they bend over backwards to help me and I would recommend Isoplan above
other better-known dental plans for their personal, professional efficiency. I was very worried
about leaving the comfort zone of the NHS, but now I feel a more relaxed dentist – even my
patients have noticed.
